An outdoor ceremony and rain.  You would think that would ruin the ceremony, but we made it through!  The rain had stopped, so everyone sat down quickly at Horticultural Hall in Lake Geneva, while they waited for Deni to make her entrance.  I had forgotten how beautiful that place was, and I’m so glad they waited until the rain held off.

After, we headed down to The Riviera where they had a beautiful reception.  It happened to also be my birthday, so the bride and groom surprised me with a cake while their family and friends sang Happy Birthday.  Such a surprising and sweet moment!  I seriously will never forget that!
