I was thinking, the week prior to this wedding, how I didn’t really have any rain outs during the 2016 season. So, of course it decides to rain on the first wedding of 2017.  I think it was meant to be…

Caitlin and Steve knew they were meant for one another after spending a rainy weekend in Lake Geneva, so how fitting that it decides to rain on their wedding day.  I’m not a huge fan of ‘first looks,’ but so happy we went through with it this day.  We were able to beat the rain and get some amazing shots.  Of course, I had to break out the umbrellas for some photos…I mean, embrace that weather, right?  And thank goodness for the ski chalet and that floral chandelier for providing the best indoor option for the amazing bridal party.

Such an incredible day of love!
